I realized recently that.... I have a bit of unwanted body flubber.
I'm not saying I'm fat
(some of you will kill me for saying that, I know lol)
I'm just saying, yes I'm happy with my weight and my physique. I just found some fat on my tummy that was too flubbery.
Everyone has fat, somewhere, this one just happens to be flubbery.
It's not really the kind people tend to like.
It just hangs there, useless, and LOOKS fat, but isn't really.
I guess I'm going to have to do some exercise and watch what I eat ._.
This is something I usually tend not to do.
I don't diet or do anything really to maintain my body weight, shape etc. I just eat what I want and sit on my ass when I want. Nothing special, I'm just skinny by genetics, but yes, it IS possible for me to GET fatTER.
Catch my drift?
I just want to tone my stomach and make it flatter, not loose weight or burn fat.
I'm also watching my diet because I KNOW I don't eat well, and I've been producing a good number of pimples, which I also usually don't get.
I decided this when I was browsing youtube, all bored (sitting on my ass once again.... like usual)
and I came across this video on some exercises for working certain parts of your body and I was like.....
hmmm I should try huh? I have nothing better to do anyway.
So I'm gonna try and keep this up for a while, even after I fix my flubber just to keep fit, if not to tone more.
